Who needs a permit?

Anyone making a change to the outside of their home or property.
Including but not limited to the following:
-
Any exterior Painting - sample of paint color must be provided.

Replacing damaged fencing or installing new fencing anywhere on property.

Additions to any part of the home or adding buildings of any type to the property.

Replacing damaged roofing or installing new roofing.
-
Updating/Changing existing driveway or Installing new drive.
-
Anyone moving in a new or used Manufactured Home or Building a Home.
