SHADOW BAY COMMUNITY CENTER RENTAL AGREEMENT
If you are an owner and would like to rent out the community center for a private event, please click on the attached and submit to IMC for approval.
ACC - Architectural Control Committee - a group of appointed volunteers who review request from property owners
for modifications they want to make to their homes or property.
The board meets once a month in sessions at the Shadow Bay Community Center. Board meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 6:00pm.
